• In which country is the brand, KURSHUNI from?
  • KURSHUNI is a brand from Istanbul, Turkey. We design and produce all KURSHUNI jewellery in our own facility located in Istanbul. We have 2 KURSHUNI Stores in Turkey, and around 600 KURSHUNI Sale Corners all around the World, mostly in Europe.
• Do you only have an Online Shop?
  • We have two physical stores in Istanbul. One is located in Bağdat Street, and the other one is located in Emaar Square Mall. KURSHUNI Jewellery is also present at 600 prestigious sale corners in Paris, Rome, Milan, Munich, Vienna, Bucharest and many more other cities in Europe and in the World. • What material is used in KURSHUNI Jewellery?
  • All KURSHUNI Jewellery is 925 Sterling Silver. We produce the highest quality silver jewellery in the World.
• In KURSHUNI Jewellery, there are also jewellery available in gold and rose gold color. Are these jewellery also silver? How is the variety of colors obtained?
  • As we apply rhodium (white gold color) plating to all our 925 Sterling Silver jewellery, we also apply 21K rose gold (rose gold color) and 24K PURE gold (yellow gold color) plating. Our plating is the highest quality platings in the sector. KURSHUNI is the only and the first brand who uses 24K PURE gold plating in silver jewellery in the World. We also have black rhodium plating option available.
• Are the plating of KURSHUNI jewellery resistant for a longer time?
  • All KURSHUNI jewellery are plated by using nano technology. Therefore, all KURSHUNI jewellery have the highest resistancy. This period also depends on how you follow the terms of use. For example; our yellow gold plated products are plated with 24K pure gold. There would not any loss of color if you follow the terms of use. There could be some damages caused by friction. We reccomend that you bring your KURSHUNI jewellery for maintenance once a year.
• Does KURSHUNI Jewellery has a guarantee?
  • Our jewellery has a guarantee period of 2 years for any damages caused by material and production. We offer a life-time guarantee for stone fallouts.
• How would I know that KURSHUNI jewellery that I purchase is silver and original KURSHUNI jewellery?
  • All our jewellery has our fish patent, which has a “925” stamp on one side and written “KURSHUNI” on the other. The “fish patent” on all KURSHUNI jewellery and the Digital Certificate, which is automatically sent to your email after your purchase is completed, guarantees that the jewellery purchased is 925 Sterling Silver and an orginal KURSHUNI jewellery.
• How can I find out my ring size?
  • There is a “Find Your Ring Size” link in the details page of all rings available in our Online Store. You can click on this link and follow the instructions presented to you in order to find out your ring size.
• Does KURSHUNI sell single Earrings?
  • All our earrings are sold in pairs unless there is a statement indicating “SOLD INDIVIDUALLY” next to the name of the earring, and has a code ending with “S”. There is a price difference between our earrings sold individually and in pairs. If you prefer to purchase a single earring, please make sure that its code is ending with “S” and has a statement indicating “SOLD INDIVIDUALLY” next to its name. You may also see a statement indicating “ASSYMETRIC EARRINGS” for some of our earrings. These earrings are being sold in pairs, but each pair has a different design for each ear.
• Will the jewellery that I see in the photo be the same one when sent to me?
  • The same jewellery that you see in the photo will be sent to you.
• Can I change my order?
  • You can not change your order after it is picked up by the shipping company. If your order has not been picked up by the shipping company, you can cancel your order. We will return your payment. You can place a new order.
• How can I follow up my order?
  • “Order Received” and “Order Delivered” emails will be sent to you automatically. You will be informed about the satus of your order along the way.
• How long does it take to receive my order?
  • Orders have a preparation period of maximum 3 business days. After this period, the shipping company picks up the orders. You can follow up your order from the tracking number provided by the shipping company.
• Can I purchase any jewellery that I see in KURSHUNI Sales Corners from www.kurshuni.com?
  • Jewellery available for sale in our sales corners may not be available in www.kurshuni.com due to regional needs and operational factors.
• How can I cancel my order?
  • You can cancel your order if it has not been picked up by the shipping company.
• What can I do in the case that the jewellery sent is damaged?
  • www.kurshuni.com.au only sells jewellery that has no damages. In the case that the jewellery is damaged along the way due to unexpected situations, please, contact our Customer Service Department by sending an email to [email protected]
• What can I do if the wrong jewellery is sent?
  • In the case that the jewellery sent to you is different than the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service Department by sending an email to [email protected]
• I would like to send my order as a present. Can you have a present wrap and add a note in it?
  • Your order is sent to you within uniquely designed original jewellery box for KURSHUNI. We can add a note on the KURSHUNI Wish Card for you and place it in your order. We kindly ask you to write the note that you would like to send to the “Notes” section of your order.
• Is it safe to use my credit card in your website?
  • All data is transfered after they are SSI-encoded. In payments via Visa and Mastercard, only SET transactions (Secure Electronic Transaction) are accepted. After confirming that the card is included in the SET system, the shopping system will contact the bank that has provided the card in order to enable the buyer to authorize the payment. When the bank confirms the transaction, the amount is withdrawn from the card. Otherwise, the order is cancelled.
• How can I reach to my invoice?
  • Your invoice will be sent to you with your order.
• I returned my order. When will I receive my return payment?
  • We return your payment when we receive the returned jewellery. If you make your payment via Bank Transfer, your payment will be returned to the account that you made the payment from. If you make your payment via Credit Card, your payment will be returned to the credit card that you made the payment from. The payment returns to Credit Cards may take up to 5 business days depending on your bank. You can follow this up with your bank.
• Which shipping company are you working with?
  • We work with DHL, UPS and Australia post depending on the zone.
• What is the shipping fee?
  • Free shipping for orders above 200 AUD
• How can I track my order’s shipment?
  • You can track your order’s shipment by clicking on the tracking number link.
• My order didn’t reach to my address. What can I do?
  • Please, contact Customer Service Department via [email protected]
• How can I know if my order is picked up by the shipping company?
  • An automated email will be sent to you when your order is picked by the shipping company.
• When will I receive my shipment?
  • You can follow up the satus of your order with the shipping company after it is picked up from our facility.
• Can I change the delivery address of my order?
  • You can change the delivery address of your order before your order is picked up by the shipping company.
• Can I change the name of the person who will pick up the order?
  • You can change the name of the person who will pick up your order before your order is picked up by the shipping company.
• Do you deliver on holidays?
  • You can follow up the delivery status of your order with the shipping company directly after your order is picked up from our facility. All orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed on the first business day after the holiday/weekend. It takes 3 business days for orders to be ready for delivery.
• Can you send the order earlier than its due date?
  • All orders are being processed upto 3 business days (except for holidays and weekends). When this period is completed, the order is delivered. Once the order is picked up by the shipping company, you can follow up the delivery time from the shipping company.
• What will I do if my order arrives when I am not at home?
  • If your order arrvies when you are not at home, the shipping company leaves a note on your door. You can contact the branch who left the note directly to get information about the status of your delivery.
• What should I do if the package is damaged when it arrives?
  • You should not accept the package if is is damaged when it arrives. You should demand an official report by the shipping company indicating that the package was damaged at time of delivery. We kindly ask you to send the report to our Customer Service Department ([email protected]).
• Do you have a same-day delivery service?
  • All orders become ready to be delivered upto 3 business days. Therefore, we do not have a same-day delivery option.
